Job summary

Pearson seeks an experienced Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to join the North America Customer Success team and lead strategic implementation of Pearson digital products in college-level Statistics courses. The role requires expertise in Statistics teaching, MyLab implementations, and collaboration with instructors across multiple institutions.

The position entails traveling for face-to-face and virtual trainings, developing tutorials, and partnering with product and sales teams

Qualifications

• Master's degree in assigned discipline area ( Statistics ) is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level ( university, college, community college ) in Statistics is required.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge and experience in multiple fields in Mathematics and Statistics preferred; experience with Data Science and/or Engineering highly desirable.
• Online teaching experience preferred.
• LMS experience preferred.
• Experience with Copilot and other Generative AI tools a plus.
• Ability to engage with international customers in different time zones a plus.
• Experience presenting at conferences, department meetings, and events.
• High Achievement: Collegiate Teaching Award(s)

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on right integration of Pearson digital products.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; instruct with MyLab.
• Advise on content modification or creation for customers.
• Create training resources such as videos, guides, and live/recorded webinars.
• Advise Product teams on development of new platforms, tools, and features.
• Collaborate with Sales in campaigns, calls and meetings, and demonstrations.
• Use metrics and reporting structures to document recommendations and evolution of course design.
