Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor (Customer Success) in a remote US role focused on Mathematics and Statistics. You will align Pearson digital products with instructors’ learning objectives and outcomes, leveraging your college-level statistics teaching experience and MyLab proficiency to support faculty across multiple institutions.

The role involves creating training resources, collaborating with product and sales teams, and traveling to deliver face-to-face and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching experience in Statistics.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Knowledge across Mathematics and Statistics; Data Science/Engineering experience desirable.
• Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.
• Experience presenting at conferences and department meetings.
• High Achievement: Collegiate Teaching Award(s).

Responsibilities

• Advise on the right integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies using MyLab.
• Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
• Collaborate with Product teams to advise on new platforms, tools, and features.
• Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, demonstrations, and sales enablement.
• Track success metrics and provide written documentation of recommendations and evolution of course design.
• Travel to conduct face-to-face trainings and attend conferences.
