Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to maintain client relationships and support client needs promptly and accurately. You will manage AR receivables, perform account cleansing, and streamline support aligned with growth initiatives such as automation and digital acceleration.

You will work with Sales and internal partners, act as SME for contract review and onboarding, handle portal billing activities, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation and collections a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and support client needs promptly and with high accuracy.
• Manage AR receivables and account cleansing, and streamline support aligned with growth initiatives such as automation and digital acceleration.
• Act as SME for contract review and client onboarding assistance and serve as primary escalation point for government clients.
