Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to maintain client relationships, support needs promptly, and handle AR receivables and account cleansing. You will collaborate with Sales and internal partners to deliver accurate service for our government clients.

In this role you will manage portal billing, data cleansing, and contract reviews, becoming the SME for onboarding and escalation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience with billing reconciliation and account maintenance is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and support client needs promptly and accurately.
• Manage AR receivables and account cleansing across systems.
• Oversee portal billing activities and ensure adherence to portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to keep client info accurate.
• Review contracts and assist with client onboarding.
• Serve as SME for contract review and onboarding; act as escalation point for issues.
