Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to maintain client relationships and support client needs with accuracy. You will manage AR receivables, perform data cleansing, and align activities with growth initiatives such as automation and self-serve.

You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to deliver excellent service to large State & Local government clients, handling sensitive financial data with diligence and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience with accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Familiarity with portal billing and contract review is a plus.

• Maintain client relationships and respond promptly to client needs.
• Manage portal billing activities and ensure adherence to portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing for accurate client data.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to address client needs.
• Act as SME for contract review and onboarding assistance.
• Prioritize workload to meet service-level expectations and deadlines.
