Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist. You will maintain client relationships, support client needs promptly, and manage AR receivables with rigorous data cleansing across systems.

Collaborating with Sales and internal partners, you will ensure client satisfaction, handle contract review as SME, and act as the escalation point for government client issues while targeting timely, accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation and collections a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and support client needs promptly and accurately.
• Manage AR receivables and account cleansing for State & Local government clients.
• Handle portal billing activities and ensure adherence to portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accurate client information.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to address client needs and issues.
• Act as SME for contract review and client onboarding assistance.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client issues within Government team.
• Prioritize workload to meet service-level commitments and deadlines.
