Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to manage client relationships, process portal billing, and perform data cleansing with accuracy. You will partner with Sales and internal teams to support large government accounts while handling sensitive financial data.

This role requires 2+ years of client service experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to prioritize deadlines across EST/CST time zones in a remote United States environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Prior account management or billing reconciliation experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
