Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience.
• Experience in account management, contract management, or billing reconciliation a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs desirable.
• Background screening includes credit review.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account expert and primary contact for Pitney Bowes' State & Local clients.
• Manage portal billing activities and ensure adherence to client-specific portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accurate client information in all systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal partners to deliver exceptional client support.
• Escalation point for client issues and SME for contracts and onboarding.
