Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to manage large client relationships, handle AR receivables, and support billing and data cleansing. You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams to address client needs and ensure high accuracy in financial transactions.

Candidates should bring 2+ years of client service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team, in a US-based remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation and collections a plus.
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently with strong prioritization in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account expert and primary contact for Pitney Bowes’ State & Local government clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices promptly.
• Manage portal billing activities and adhere to portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing across systems.
• Handle sensitive financial data and support contract review and onboarding.
