Qualifikationen

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Experience in account management, contract management, billing reconciliation and/or collections is a plus.
• Proven time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Act as account expert and primary contact for large State & Local clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices promptly.
• Manage portal billing and adhere to client portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing for accuracy.
• Make decisions aligned with company policies.
• Oversee administrative account cleansing, PO/Contract reviews, payments.
• Build strong relationships with internal units to deliver client support.
• Meet established performance standards and KPIs.
• Prioritize daily workload to meet SLAs.
• Collect past due accounts within the State & Local portfolio.
• Support growth initiatives including automation and self-serve.
• Serve as SME for contract review and onboarding.
• Act as escalation point for client issues.
