Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to maintain client relationships and support client needs with high accuracy. You will manage AR receivables, account cleansing, and portal billing while coordinating with Sales and internal teams to address client needs.

A credit review is part of the background screening. The role requires 2+ years of client service experience, familiarity with account management and billing reconciliation, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation and/or collections a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Serve as account expert and point of contact for State & Local government clients.
• Manage portal billing activities and ensure adherence to client portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accurate client information.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams to deliver client support.
• Prioritize workload to meet service-level expectations and deadlines.
