Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist to maintain client relationships and support needs with high accuracy. You will manage AR receivables, account cleansing, and build rapport with large state and local government clients while collaborating with Sales and internal teams.

You will handle sensitive financial data with background screening including a credit review.

Formación

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Prior account management, contract management, and/or billing reconciliation a plus.
• Proven time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as account expert and point of contact for state & local clients.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices promptly.
• Manage portal billing activities and client portal requirements.
• Perform account maintenance and data cleansing to ensure accurate client information.
• Support growth initiatives including automation and self-serve.
• Serve as SME for contract review and onboarding.
