Job summary

Ashby is hiring a Staff Platform Engineer for the Americas to own end-to-end platform components and scale our infrastructure in a remote role. You’ll optimize a dynamic DSL-to-SQL compiler, strengthen data privacy, and enable canary deployments with feature flags while keeping downtime low.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to define SLOs/SLIs, implement robust observability, and build infrastructure that supports rapid growth and secure data handling across large customer bases.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable platform infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and reliability engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling for analytics.
