Ashby is seeking a curious, rigorous Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to help scale our infrastructure for rapid growth. You will own projects end-to-end, optimize performance, and ensure security and reliability as we serve a growing list of customers.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable platform infrastructure and services.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts and practices.
• Ability to own complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with shipping features and maintaining security and privacy of data.

Responsibilities

• Scale Ashby's platform to support rapid growth while maintaining reliability.
• Define and implement SLOs, SLIs, and outage response practices.
• Enable canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags to reduce risk.
• Build event-driven architecture and data warehouse infrastructure.
