Job summary

Ashby is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer to scale our infrastructure and own critical pieces of the Ashby platform end-to-end. You will work on a tight-knit team responsible for reliability, performance, and security as we support rapid customer growth.

• Experience building scalable infrastructure and tools for reliability.
• Ability to design and implement observability, monitoring, and incident response.
• Comfort with owning infrastructure end-to-end from code to production.

Responsibilities

• Optimize homegrown DSL-to-SQL compiler and build tooling.
• Create automated guardrails for data security and privacy.
• Enable canary Deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags to ship safely.
