Ashby is seeking a curious, rigorous Platform/SRE engineer to own and scale infrastructure as we grow. You will build a paved road for engineering teams, ensuring reliability, security, and delightful developer experiences.

You’ll dive into scaling challenges, define SLOs/SLIs, and work on homegrown DSL-to-SQL tooling, event-driven architecture, and data warehouses. Join a fast-growing team shaping hiring software at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Ashby's platform infrastructure end-to-end.
• Implement canary deployments, feature flags, and rolling updates.
• Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs with cross-functional teams.
• Build event-driven architecture and data warehouse infrastructure.
• Ensure security, reliability, and data privacy in platform services.
