Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation in our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to improve AIOps strategy, automate processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide strategic milestones for the AIOps program, and ensure production schedules and product quality while promoting innovation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Perform engineering tests to verify and validate designs.
• Support evaluation and qualification of new tech components.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and marketing for problem resolution.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead small teams to expand automation within the SRE organization.
• Drive the AIOps program milestones and reduce toil through automation.
