Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams and partners to improve our AIOps strategy, increase operational efficiency, and expand automation capabilities across the enterprise.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing small teams, delivering strategic milestones for our AIOps program, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive complex SRE/DevOps initiatives from planning through delivery.
Partner with design engineering, test teams, and senior leadership to shape programs.
Develop and execute on an enterprise AI-powered operations strategy (AIOps).
Lead small teams focused on expanding automation capabilities and reducing toil.
Provide technical guidance and governance across projects and programs.
Communicate progress with executive-level updates and dashboards.
