Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to enhance the AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead transformation of Humana's Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.
Partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to improve AIOps strategy and automation footprint.
Lead small teams to advance automation and execute on strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
Interact with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing to resolve customer issues.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies and provide technical leadership on complex issues.
