Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy, reduce toil, and expand automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership within SRE/DevOps or automation.
• Experience guiding technology initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing & mocks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to decide in ambiguity.
• Experience presenting metrics and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence leaders.
• Proven collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Passion for automation, innovation, and improving customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable business results.

Responsibilities
