Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation across the enterprise.

You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to advance our AIOps strategy, reduce toil, and deliver measurable business results while leading small teams and guiding strategic milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience leading initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Experience with testing practices incl. unit testing & mocking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decide in complex situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analyses, and exec updates.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management, ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to advance our automation footprint within SRE and AIOps.
• Collaborate with executives to develop functional strategies.
