Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to expand automation capabilities and improve our AIOps strategy across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, guide strategic milestones for the AIOps program, and influence senior leaders while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to advance automation footprint within the SRE organization.
Drive AIOps program milestones and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and operations to resolve product issues.
Present updates and metrics to executives and senior leadership.
