Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and teams to improve AIOps strategy, efficiency, and automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, advance automation footprints within SRE, and drive measurable outcomes while engaging with Humana leadership to evolve the AIOps program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

• Lead and drive strategic technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Own and guide cross-functional projects, partnering with engineering, operations and business teams.
• Develop and present metrics, dashboards, and executive-level updates to stakeholders.
