Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business partners to advance our AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program, and communicate complex metrics to executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Engineering/IT/related field.
5+ years leading projects/teams in SRE/DevOps/automation environments.
Hands-on experience with AIOps, automation, and testing practices.
Experience leading initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives within Site Reliability Engineering and AIOps programs.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Develop and present metrics, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
