Qualifications

- 5+ years in project/tech/team leadership within SRE/DevOps.
- Proven ability to lead tech initiatives from planning to delivery.
- Hands-on experience with automation or AIOps technologies.
- Experience with testing practices and frameworks.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience presenting metrics and executive updates.
- Collaborates across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Passion for automation and continuous improvement.
