Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
5+ years in project/technical/team leadership in SRE/DevOps/automation.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with testing practices including unit tests and mocks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decisions.
Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Proven collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.
