Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering organization. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business partners to advance the AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

This hands-on, self-driven leader will manage small teams, tackle complex challenges, and deliver strategic milestones while aligning with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make decisions in complex situations.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence senior leaders.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Perform engineering tests to verify and validate designs.
• Support product evaluation and qualification of new tech components.
• Interact with engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing to resolve issues.
• Advise executives on functional strategies and milestones.
• Lead small teams to advance automation within SRE and execute milestones.
