Job summary
Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide the transformation of its Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will collaborate with technology leaders and engineering teams to advance the AIOps strategy, drive operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.
This hands-on leader will manage small teams and deliver strategic milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
- Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
- Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
- Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Lead SRE and automation initiatives from design to production release.
- Oversee small teams to advance automation footprint within Site Reliability Engineering.
- Partner with technology leaders and engineers to improve AIOps strategy.
- Provide technical support across product engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
- Present executive-level updates and dashboards on project status and impact.
- Drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program and operational efficiency.
