Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
5+ years in project, technical, or team leadership within SRE/DevOps/automation.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery and execution.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decide in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of Humana's Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation.
Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to implement the AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide.
Lead small teams to advance automation footprint while executing on strategic milestones.
