Job summary
Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering with AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to enhance the AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation enterprise-wide.
You will lead small teams, engage with Humana's leadership, and advance our automation footprint while delivering on strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
- Hands‑on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
- Verify and validate product designs through engineering tests.
- Collaborate with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing to resolve issues.
- Advise executives to develop functional strategies impacting the business.
- Drive automation initiatives and reduce toil across the organization.
