Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide the Site Reliability Engineering transformation through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and business partners to improve the AIOps strategy, drive operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.
Partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve AIOps strategy and operational efficiency.
Directly engage with Humana leadership and drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program.
Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within SRE while delivering measurable business results.
Provide technical guidance across design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
