Job summary

Humana invites a hands-on Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to enhance our AIOps strategy, improve efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, manage cross-functional programs, and deliver on strategic milestones while communicating progress to executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of the Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.
Collaborate with technology leaders and engineering teams to drive the AIOps strategy and automation footprint.
Lead small teams to advance automation while delivering on strategic milestones for the program.
Provide executive-level updates and dashboards to measure progress and impact.
