MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to grow strategic payer relationships with large healthcare organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive client retention, and partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation to maximize value realization.

This remote US role focuses on health plans and payer entities, offering competitive benefits and performance-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• Experience in enterprise account management, healthcare analytics, or health tech services.
• Strong knowledge of payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for strategic enterprise clients, understanding objectives and analytics needs.
• Maintain executive relationships within payer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure value realization and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, upsell, cross-sell and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft tailored proposals and strategies.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support to ensure onboarding and delivery success.
