Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise account management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of the payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients and build executive relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to craft proposals and strategies.
• Serve as client advocate with Product, Implementation, Engineering and Support.
