Qualifications

• Office environment with remote option; travel none.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for solutions-based sales initiatives aligned with long-term objectives.
• Directs teams to execute complex sales enablement and value-selling programs.
• Designs solution packages by combining products, services, and digital tools.
• Gleans insights from customer feedback and market benchmarks to optimize go-to-market plans.
• Collaborates with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to drive growth.
• Coaches senior sales staff on positioning and negotiation best practices.
