Qualifications

• 8–11 years of field sales or regional accounts experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales territory with expertise in electrical products and market dynamics.
• Drive forecast accuracy, territory planning, and multi-segment execution.
• Develop and implement account strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product management on GTM plans.
• Coach sales managers and account executives on opportunity management.
• Provide insights on customer behavior and competitive intelligence.
