Southwire Company LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Leader for the Northern region. This remote role focuses on driving regional revenue through strategic planning, forecast-driven execution, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams.

Qualified candidates will have 8–11 years of sales leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, and demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts, forecast accurately, and lead teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drives regional sales targets via forecasting, territory planning, and strategic execution across multiple customer segments.
• Directs teams to execute territory plans, account strategies, and customer engagement initiatives for high-impact sales results.
• Develops strategies to increase revenue, retention, and market share through data-informed initiatives and strategic account prioritization.
• Implements systems to track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends with proactive adjustments.
• Leads go-to-market planning in collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams.
• Advises senior leadership on customer behavior, economic factors, and competitive intelligence impacting sales strategy.
• Coordinates with distributors, clients, and partners to strengthen regional relationships and identify growth channels.
• Guides sales managers and account executives on opportunity management and negotiations.
• Collaborates with regional sales agents to develop leadership and performance.
