Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 5-7 Years.
• Preferred Education Level: Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess team performance and strategic account engagement to drive profitable solution sales across assigned territories or verticals.
• Collaborate with team members to develop customized proposals and solution packages that integrate electrical systems, service offerings, and digital tools.
• Develop more complex pricing models, technical configurations, and customer presentations to support multi-year agreements and strategic initiatives.
• Implement processes to enhance lead qualification, opportunity management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver tailored value propositions by interpreting customer operations, regulatory requirements, and system needs in support of long-term relationships.
• Cooperate with engineering, operations, and product teams to align customer needs with deliverables.
