F5 is seeking a remote Senior Solutions Engineering Manager to lead the SE team within the Tech vertical, focusing on technical sales. The role includes performance evaluations, training, and ensuring customer-focused solutions across product requirements and escalations.

The position emphasizes deep networking tech understanding and collaboration with sales to deliver feasible, effective F5 solutions, while promoting a diverse, thriving F5 community.

Competenze

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.

Mansioni

• Manage the SE team including performance evaluations, PTO approvals, assigning/delegating work, on-the-job training, guidance to staff, performance improvement plans, disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions.
• Develop SE skills assessment and job planning.
• Ensure SE team is customer focused—drive product requirements and business unit alignment, ensure customer success, escalate issues transparently, manage customer/partner relations, present F5 solutions, and analyze product feasibility in support of sales.
