F5 is seeking a seasoned leader to manage the Solutions Engineering team within the Tech vertical, focused on technical sales and scalable organization design. You will set objectives, partner with HR, and align SE capabilities with company goals.

You will recruit, coach, evaluate performance, and drive strategic planning, product feedback, and customer success. This remote-friendly role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, ethics, and delivering competitive F5 solutions to complex

Formación

• At least a bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team: performance evaluations, PTO, delegation, training, and hiring.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers in the SE team.
• Plan headcounts quarterly/yearly with HR to scale the SE org.
• Recruitment coordination with HR and ensure team growth.
• Develop and maintain SE partner plan with PS, support, Marketing, PM, etc.
• Drive product requirements and communicate market trends to PM/PD.
• Ensure customer success and effective post-sales issue handling with support.
