Job summary

You will uphold ethics, drive talent management, headcount planning, and recruit with HR. The role emphasizes customer-focused strategy, collaboration with product teams, and market analysis to support sales.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience
• A number of years' experience managing technical SEs in a management role
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies
• Self-motivated and persuasive with the ability to influence others

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team including performance evaluations, PTO, and training.
• Define FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers in the SE Team.
• Plan headcounts with management to meet goals and scalability.
• Oversee candidate recruitment with HR and drive organizational development.
• Ensure customer-focused execution and drive product requirements to PM and PD.
• Lead strategic planning and market trend communication to Sales, PM, and BU.
