F5 is seeking a senior leader to manage the Solutions Engineering team in the Tech vertical, driving technical sales and aligning SE efforts with company goals. You will set objectives, oversee performance, and collaborate with management to scale the organization to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires a BS/BA or equivalent experience, strong networking knowledge, and proven leadership. Remote work is supported, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and customer success.

• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to persuade direct reports and others outside the organization.

Responsabilités

• Uphold the company's ethics policy and report violations.
• Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering team, including performance evaluations and hiring.
• Define objectives and priorities for Engineers in the SE Team.
• Plan headcounts and ensure scalability to meet goals.
• Manage candidate recruitment in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure SE team is customer-focused and aligns with product strategy.
