Job summary
Omni is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical expert, leading complex evaluations and POCs with customer data in their own environments. You will own the technical side of each deal alongside the Account Executive, guiding conversations and shaping product direction with field feedback.
You will partner with Sales, Post-Sales, Product, Design, and Engineering to drive customer success while leveraging a strong background in data analytics and BI tools.
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in data analytics or BI with customer-facing roles.
- Strong SQL skills for analytics work.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift.
- Experience with dbt and modern data stack tools.
- Experience presenting technical concepts to customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond.
- Build and present POCs in the Omni Platform for evaluations.
- Assist transitions from trials to customers with post-sales collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering for feedback.
