Job summary

Omni is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical expert on the Omni platform. You will own the technical side of deals, run complex evaluations in prospect environments, and mentor other SEs while shaping product direction with field feedback.

You will partner with Sales to showcase value, lead discovery and POCs, and guide customers from trials to successful outcomes, across a fully remote US-based role.

Qualifications

10+ years of pre-sales experience in BI/data analytics for enterprise customers.
Proven track record leading technical discovery, demos, and POCs with senior stakeholders.
Mentoring or leading other Solutions Engineers and shaping team practices.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales leadership to provide technical expertise on strategic opportunities.
Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs for large evaluations.
Provide technical leadership across the Solutions Engineering team.
Influence product roadmap based on field feedback.
Represent the SE org in executive-level customer conversations.
Transition trials to customers by coordinating with post-sales and partners.
