Job summary

Omni is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the trusted technical expert across the customer lifecycle. You will own the technical side of every deal, run complex evaluations in prospect environments, and mentor other SEs while shaping product direction with field feedback.

You’ll partner with Sales to uncover use cases, build PoCs in the Omni platform, and ensure smooth trials through post-sales support, with a bias for data-driven, customer-focused storytelling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre-sales experience in BI or data analytics for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack and cloud data warehouses.
• Strong SQL skills used for analytics in production environments.
• Experience in client-facing roles and guiding customers.
• Excellent, consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Looker or BI/enterprise analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform during evaluations.
• Transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
