Omni is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be the technical expert throughout customer engagements, owning the technical side of each deal from discovery to proof-of-concept. You will build PoCs, guide evaluations, and mentor other SEs while collaborating with sales, product, design, and engineering.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of pre-sales or solutions engineering in BI or data analytics for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack (cloud DWs, transformation tools, analytics ecosystem).
• Strong SQL skills for analytics and data-driven storytelling.
• Experience in a client-facing role with customers.
• Exceptional, consultative communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for data and willingness to teach others.
• Prior experience with BI/enterprise analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• Experience in a high-growth startup is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform during evaluations.
• Transition trials into customers by coordinating with post-sales and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
