Job summary

Omni, based in San Francisco, seeks a Pre- Sales Solutions Engineer to empower customers to maximize data value across the lifecycle. You will work with diverse industries, owning complex evaluations, and uncovering new use cases.

You will partner with sales, build POCs in the Omni Platform, and ensure smooth transitions from trials to customers, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to steer product direction.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of data analytics/BI experience including some pre-sales experience.
• Strong SQL skills, using SQL for analytics.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack and cloud data warehouses.
• Comfortable owning technical conversations directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond.
• Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) in the Omni Platform during evaluations.
• Smoothly transition trials into successful customers with post-sales support.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
