Job summary

Omni, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to empower customers with the Omni platform across the data lifecycle. You will lead complex evaluations, mentor junior SEs, and help shape product direction from field feedback.

The role involves partnering with sales, performing demos and POCs, and guiding trials to customers while collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to improve the platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills used for analytics.
• Interest in growing into a pre-sales career path.
• Prior exposure to business intelligence tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Solutions Engineers to support technical discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Learn to build and present POCs in the Omni platform using customers' data.
• Support transition of trials into successful customers with post-sales teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay user feedback for product direction.
