You will demo the product, answer pre‑sales questions, and lead proofs‑of‑concept sessions, while serving as a trusted technical advisor. Expect cross‑team collaboration and up to 30% travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security in SLED deals.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Experience working with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on-prem) and operating systems (Linux).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience. Even better if you have feedback!
• Experience working remotely with travel to support in-person meetings and events.
• You reside in the Southeast or Midwest United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre-sales motions.
• Lead the proof-of-concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
