Job summary

Cribl is hiring a Solutions Engineer to empower customers by showcasing Cribl’s data observability solutions. This remote‑first role focuses on pre‑sales support, deep technical storytelling, and guiding proof‑of‑concept engagements across AWS, Azure, and on‑prem environments.

You will travel up to 30% to support customers and events, acting as a trusted advisor while collaborating with sales and services teams. Prior Cribl experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SLED customers.
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support.
• Proficiency with multiple environments (AWS, Azure, on‑prem) and Linux.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, Regex, and KQL.
• Prior Cribl product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product suite and answer technical questions during pre‑sales motions.
• Lead the proof‑of‑concept experience through guided sessions with prospects.
• Act as an ongoing, trusted technical advisor to existing customers, understanding their environment and how Cribl can continuously add value.
• Document interesting domain use cases in blog posts and product documentation.
• Travel up to 30% to support customers and marketing events.
